The annual membership meeting for Metro Seattle Gamers will be held at 10:30 a.m. October 24th, 2015 at the Metro Seattle Gamers facility. This meeting is open to all members of the club in good standing at the time of the meeting.

Only members in good standing of Metro Seattle Gamers will be eligible to participate at this meeting. While others may attend this meeting the membership reserves the right to close the meeting to only the active membership of Metro Seattle Gamers.

Members may indicate their intention to attend by registering for the event online.

During this meeting the Metro Seattle Gamers facility will be closed to other activities.

As a clarification this is the membership meeting for the club, which is a sub-operation of Dragonflight. The Dragonflight membership meeting is held during the Dragonflight convention.
