The annual membership meeting for Metro Seattle Gamers will be held at 10:00 a.m. December 11th, 2021 at the Metro Seattle Gamers facility and over Zoom. This meeting is open to all members of the club in good standing at the time of the meeting.

Only members in good standing of Metro Seattle Gamers will be eligible to vote at this meeting. When registering, please indicate your preference for attending: in person or using Zoom.

The agenda of the meeting is posted and will be updated in the Members' Forum on the club website.

In order to achieve quorum at this meeting, members who will not attend this meeting are urged to grant their proxies to members who will be attending the meeting. Partly so that members who are not giving their proxies will know who is planning to attend the meeting, members who plan to attend the meeting are requested to register for this event. Nevertheless, registration is not a requirement for members to attend the meeting.

During this meeting, the Metro Seattle Gamers facility will be closed to other activities.
