The Dragonflight convention (now known as Dragonflight GameCon) split from the corporation in August 2023. This Dragonflight AGM is for the portion of the corporation which remains, i.e. effectively just MSG. However, until we have merged the bylaws of Dragonflight corporation and MSG we must hold two AGMs. There is a proposal on the agenda to merge the bylaws as soon as possible following these AGMs to reduce the administrative overhead.

The membership of Dragonflight corporation is now exactly the membership of MSG, plus the small number of lifetime members.

This meeting is open to all members of MSG who have paid their dues as of October 15th, although others may attend but not vote. The membership reserves the right to close the meeting to only the active membership of MSG. During this meeting the MSG clubhouse will be closed to other activities.
