In 2020 scientists from across the world announced a frightening discovery. A large interstellar object, with a thousands-mile-wide coma, was hurtling towards our solar system. The object was named M5288. This object was more a collection of large and smaller objects, like a comet that broke up in transit. After weeks of observation, scientists theorized the planetoid-sized cluster had collided with another large object and was diverted on its new course.

The object would intersect with our solar system, be trapped by the sun's gravity and pulled into an inclined heliocentric orbit crossing Earth orbit twice each year. The Earth would be bombarded by meteors frequently, some of significant size. The world prepared as best it could.

This is a regular game starting SAT 10-26-19 at MSG from 5pm - 11pm. This will be a weekly game using HERO 6e as the system. Happy to teach the game.

The current game is a sci-fi setting of my design --> https://www.worldanvil.com/w/explorer-corps-trechriron
